During this pandemic and until further notice, here is what you can expect from us:
*Our working hours may fluctuate from week to week depending on the needs of our clients and staff.
Available appointment times will be displayed through our virtual booking calendar, Vagaro.com/SerendipitySkin.
As always, if you are unsuccessful at finding an appointment time to fit your needs, please reach out to our staff directly, so we can help to accommodate your scheduling needs.
*Our aestheticians will wear face masks during your appointment to keep themselves and you safe.
*While our salon space has always met stringent sanitation requirements, we will now more visibly display those efforts for our clients comfort.
*Our aestheticians will thoroughly sanitize their hands, work space, counter surface, bedding, implements and products used during treatments, and any other areas that clients have access to before and after each treatment.
We have and will continue to use hospital grade disinfectant in our salon.
*Our scheduling calendar will reflect ample time in between services for additional sanitation procedures.
During this time what we ask of our guests is as follows:
*Refrain from visiting our spa if you or any member of your household have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness.
*Refrain from visiting our spa if you are under a personal isolation or quarantine order/directive.
*Only one client at a time is permitted in our treatment room.
During this time, our waiting areas may have limited availability and restrictions, and any extra persons may be asked to wait outside the building.
*Wash your hands upon arrival in the public restroom prior to entering our suite for your service.
*Share with our staff any special sanitation or hygiene requests that you have prior to arriving at our suite.
